TOGETHER! Fore Kids Golf Tournament Thursday August 26, 2021

Thank you for your support for our 3rd Annual TOGETHER! Fore Kids golf tournament! We are pleased to report we nearly sold out this year. Stay tuned for details about our 2022 event in the future. 2021 details are below.

  • When: Thursday, August 26, 2021 | Putting Contest starts at 8am, Shotgun Tournament starts at 9am.
  • Where: Tumwater Valley Golf Course  
                 4611 Tumwater Valley Drive SE Tumwater, WA 98501
  • Who: Tumwater Community Schools and TOGETHER! supporters, community members, partners, friends and family!
  • What: 18 holes of golf (scramble rules), continental breakfast, a delicious lunch, VIP mulligan packages, drinks, contests, and more, plus an online auction, regardless of whether you golf!
  • Why: Together, we can advance the health and wellbeing of all Tumwater students and families and close the opportunity gap for students experiencing poverty, homelessness, and other significant barriers.
All registrations include a free entry into our $2,500 Putting Contest, sponsored by Harbor Wholesale & Harbor Foodserivce. The Putting Contest will start at 8am on August 26th, before the tournament shotgun start at 9am.

Host Homes Program Virtual Launch

TOGETHER! with our partners we launch Host Homes in May 2021 to house unaccompanied youth in Tumwater and North Thurston school districts. The program is scheduled to begin housing unaccompanied youth in North Thurston and Tumwater school districts by January 2022.

About Kim

Kimberly is a graduate of The Evergreen State College (Olympia, Washington).  Kimberly spent twenty-five years in Social Work as an independent vendor to DSHS.  She is currently the Executive Director of the Mason County HOST Program. Kimberly is the Executive Director of the Washington HOST Home Coalition (WAHHC).  She is a current guardian ad litem to children and vulnerable adults.  Kimberly currently serves on the board of the Tacoma Women of Color Collective and is a sixteen-year volunteer with Altrusa International of Olympia.  Kimberly is a private consultant in DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Life Coaching for Executive Directors, Legislative Advocacy (Education & Housing), and Philanthropy.
