At TOGETHER!, we work collaboratively and innovatively with community partners while centering youth and families. We strategically adopt the latest research, best practices, and evidence-based programs while staying aligned with our values. We help kids and their families succeed through proven models and frameworks, including the Communities That Care and Community Schools models, and Risk and Protective Factor framework.
We’re looking for equity-focused team members with:
